Own It: Nutreco Launches Global Employer Brand

Today, Nutreco launches Own It, our global employer brand. This marks how we attract and develop the people who solve the problems our customers and partners face every day in animal nutrition and aquaculture.

When a shrimp farmer in Ecuador needs to cut feed costs without compromising growth rates, or a dairy operation in Poland needs to reduce methane emissions whilst maintaining milk production, they're relying on our people to have already figured it out. Own It describes the type of professional and way of working this requires.
