Today, Skretting Australia announces that the acquisition of Ridley’s extrusion facility in Westbury, Tasmania, has become unconditional following the conclusion of the review by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). This acquisition will help Nutreco’s aquaculture division Skretting expand its production capacity in the southern island state of Australia.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the month.
