In order to feed the growing population, our industry needs to maximise all of the protein sources available, including novel non-animal-based sources. For this reason, we are looking to identify opportunities in new value chains by partnering with alternative food protein start-ups, including cell-based, fermentation-based and plant-based food proteins.
