Nutreco announces intention to acquire Nutrimin

Today, Nutreco announces its intention to acquire Nutrimin, one of the leading Danish producers of farm minerals, concentrates and piglet feed.  

If given the go-ahead, the deal is intended to create more value for farmers in Denmark and beyond by bringing together the knowledge, innovations and product portfolios of Nutrimin and Nutreco’s animal nutrition division Trouw Nutrition.   

There are a number of steps that still need to take place before the acquisition can be completed, including clearance from the competition authorities.
